He is a graduate of University of Thessaly Medical School, specialized in Internal Pathology and Intensive Care Unit Medicine at the University Hospital of Larisa. He maintains his private practice since 2011 and is the Chief Pathologist at Diaplasis Rehabilitation & Recovery Center since 2017.  
He is a member of the Hellenic Society of Hypertension and the Hellenic Society of Internal Medicine.
